1. I am trying to scale down on the obsession over every detail and try to make clean, simple and crisp cards. I am not succeeding. This is my first Beate Weekend Sketch Challenge and I was trying to make a masterpiece.
2. Back in the day (we won't say how long ago that was) necklaces with several chains and stones were very popular. The were long and bulky and weighed a ton. I remember one day the owner of the company I worked for (very elderly gentleman) came in, looked at my bea-u-ti-ful necklace and said: Diane, did you try to wear all the jewelry you own to work today? So, today's card:
3. I think uses all the tools I have in the toolbox. I don't know why- it just took on a life of it's own and took control. And it's a little card (6X3)-my new favorite size, so it is packed with stuff.
4. I especially wanted to use some of the really neat MFt digital Heart paper with the Punny Farm critters.
5. IRL it's pretty cute and I will be proud to send it out as a Valentine, but on the scan the stickles look like I spilled my lunch on it.
Anyway, if you've made it this far, TFL and Happy Monday and Congratulations Eli and the Super Giants!!!
